DEUTSCHE GUGGENHEIM BERLIN -1995-1997 (RICHARD GLUCKMAN)

This exhibition space located in Deutsche Bank’s historic 1920 building on the Unter den Linden, designed by Richard Gluckman in a pure, minimalist aesthetic, consists of a single gallery that is 50 meters long, 8 meters wide and 6 meters high.  This project, a collaboration with Deutsche Bank, was dedicated to the commissioning of new works of leading contemporary artists - established, mid-career, and emerging – that included Anish Kapoor, Phoebe Washburn, Hanne Darboven William Kentridge, John Baldessari, Gerhard Richter, Bill Viola, Rachel Whiteread, Jeff Koons, Lawrence Weiner, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Andreas Slominski, and James Rosenquist.
